"I want to thank all of my friends and staff at Empower Fitness for helping me get into the best physical shape I have been in for the last twenty years. I was put on dialysis for kidney failure in 2007. My kidney function at that time was 12%; at my last visit to Bucks County Kidney Specialists, I found out that I am now at 16%. The doctor told me this was very rare and gives full credit to my workout at the gym and weight loss. I could not have done this without the help, encouragement, and support from everyone I come in contact with since the first day I joined this wonderful gym. Joan and the rest of the staff have modified all of their classes and workouts to fit my personal needs and never made me feel like a failure when I could not do some of the exercises. My daughter also joined in Jan 2010 and has been a constant support for me. We both have found different groups that we fit into for our own different needs but can enjoy this experience together.

"Wanted to tell you how much I'm enjoying my Empower Fitness membership. When the convenient workout place less than two miles from my house closed, I was not looking forward to changing to a different gym all the way across town. What I thought would be a liability turned out to be an excellent opportunity.
The circuit equipment is similar to those in other gyms; but there are lots of treadmills and ellipticals and waits for this equipment is rare.
What distinguishes your gym from other gyms is the quality of the staff and the myriad of exercise classes. I'm taking my 2nd set of step classes with Marketta and she is doing a fantastic job. Right now I'm looking forward to finishing this round of classes to see what'll be offered next!!"
