BINGO!! HAVING FUN TO SUPPORT NAMI MERCER

Last evening, more than 70 people gathered in the classroom of Empower Fitness to raise money for the 2015 NAMI Mercer Walk.  We played bingo, socialized, ate home-baked goodies, and had fun.  All prizes  and refreshments and bingo supplies were donated by Empower Fitness members and friends. 100% of our bingo profits are donated to NAMI Mercer.  We played 19 games of bingo with prizes including massages, a Magic Bullet, and lunch with Councilman Steve […]

MEET BECKY

  Using the trampoline for cardio boosts Becky has been a member of Empower Fitness for two years. She is best known for her love of the rebounder (trampoline) where she jumps with wild abandon and ponytail flapping in the wind, in order to get her cardio bursts and keep her heart rate up.
