CIRCUIT CLUB:  Learn a new 30 minute routine using the circuit strength machines combined with cardio interval bursts.  Fun!

CLASSICAL STRETCH:  A combination of Ballet, Stretching, Tai Chi and Chiropractic Spine Movements.  Some floor and diaphragmatic breathing.

DANCE PARTY:   This is a cardio class designed for all levels.  Dances from around the world!

PYRAMID HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING:  This technique employs 10/20/30 seconds of HIGH INTENSITY intervals with active rest.  Floor work.

RESISTANCE MIX:  Use weights and a resistance band to strengthen your muscles and boost metabolism.

STEP & STRENGTH:  This moderate level intensity class combines cardio intervals on the stepper with full body strength sequences.

TAI CHI: An “internal” art for all ages to develop internal energy and balance.  All levels are welcome, regardless of previous experience.
