BALLROOM DANCE SOLO:   You don’t need a partner in this class, where you’ll increase your heart rate as we dance salsa, swing, tango, and more!

BETTER BELLY YOGA-PLUS:   More Asanas that work to flatten your belly, carve out your waist, strengthen your abs and lower back area. Meditation follows.

CHAIR CARDIO:  Get your heart rate up and burn some calories all while seated to reduce the stress on leg joints.  Come join the fun!

BODY SCULPT:  Combine dynamic cardio  training with compound body strengthening exercises for a toned and sculpted body.

 CHAIR CARDIO:  Get your heart rate up and burn some calories, all while seated to reduce stress on lower extremity joints. Come join the fun!

 CHAIR STRENGTH & BALANCE:  Beginner level class designed with resistance and balance exercises, all done using a chair.  Some standing (with chair assistance, if needed) !

CHAIR STRENGTH & CARDIO:  Beginner level class designed with strength and cardio, all done while seated.

 CHAIR YOGA: Want fluid, strong joints while strengthening and stretching all over.  Gently ease stiffness all while seated.  Short, peaceful meditation.

CIRCUIT CLUB:  Learn a new 30 minute routine using the strength circuit machines combined with interval cardio bursts.  Fun!

DANCE PARTY:  Come join Joan’s dance party: have fun, burn calories, great music, great moves. Line dances, Latin dances, Ballroom, and You! All levels.

EYE OPENER:  Jump start your day with this fun workout that includes cardio, weights, and mat work!

FLEX & FIRM  This class will combine a dynamic stretch routine with a floor routine to firm all abdominal and lower back muscles.  Stretching added specifically for lower back pain

GIVE ME STRENGTH  Work hard, get STRONG!  Tried and true exercises plus some new moves.  Weights, super sets, bands, floor work.  Moderate intensity.

 GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:  Get the benefits of personalized attention at a substantially reduces cost. Get out of your comfort zone with this full body conditioning program designed at beginner to intermediate level. Class size is limited.

PYRAMID HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING:   Currently all the rage, this technique employs 10/20/30 seconds of high intensity exercise intervals with 10 seconds of active rest between each interval. Intermediate level for the strongest among us. Floor work.

RESISTANCE MIX:  Use weights and a resistance band to strengthen your muscles and boost metabolism.

Friday 10:00am-10:30am,  No class 8/19  (Heather Walker)

STEP AND STRENGTH:     This moderate level intensity class combines cardio intervals on the stepper with full body strength sequences.

 STEP IT UP:  This accelerated class is a full body workout including step cardio and strengthening/toning.  Can you keep up the pace?

TAI CHI:  An “internal” martial art for all ages to develop internal energy and balance. All levels are welcome, regardless of previous experience.

ZUMBA:  Latin inspired routines combine fast & slow rhythm that burn calories, tones and sculpts the body.  Have fun in this energizing workout!
