BELLY & BOOTY BOOT CAMP:  (Wednesday 6:30pm-7:00pm)   Prepare to work hard in this belly busting booty shaping class. Includes standing and floor work. Modifications provided for individual needs.

CHAIR CARDIO:   (Wednesday  11:00am-11:30am)   Get your heart rate up and burn some calories all while seated to reduce the stress on leg and ankle  joints.  Come join the fun!

CHAIR STRENGTH AND BALANCE:   (Friday 11:00am-11:30am)    Beginner level class designed with resistance and balance exercises, all done using a chair.  Core work too!

CHAIR YOGA:  (Monday 11:00am-11:30am)    This gentle form of Yoga is practiced using a chair.  Learn yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation methods.  Strengthen, stretch and soothe.

CIRCUIT CLUB :   (Friday 10:00am-10:30am)   Learn a new 30 minute routine using the strength circuit machines combined with interval cardio bursts.  Fun and challenging!

DYNAMIC STRETCHING:  (Wednesday 2:00pm – 2:30pm)    A stretch routine with continuous movements to increase range of motion. Also includes static stretching. Feel good all over.

EYE OPENER:  (Tuesday 7:45am-8:15am)   Jump start your day with this fun workout that includes cardio, weights and mat work.

GENTLE STRETCHING:  (Friday 4:30pm – 5:00pm)  no class 11/28    This class will gently stretch your muscles, making you feel looser and more relaxed.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:   (Monday 5:45pm-6:30pm and/or Thursday 5:45pm-6:30pm)  no class 11/27, make-up      Get the benefits of personalized attention at a substantially reduced cost.  Get out of your comfort zone with this full body conditioning program designed at  intermediate level.  Class size is limited.

HEALTHY BACK:  (Thursday 9:30am – 10:00am)   no class 11/27      Strengthen and stretch those important muscles of the middle and lower back, all part of the core.  Some floor work.

LINE DANCING:  (Monday 8:15am – 8:45am)   Come and have fun and burn calories as you shake up the dance floor!  We’ll do some popular line dances.

MUSCLE MERENGUE:   (Monday 7:00pm-7:30pm)   NEW!  We’ll do Latin Dancing for cardio bursts to get the heart rate up, combined with overall resistance training for a great work-out.

RESISTANCE MIX:   (Wednesday 10:00am – 10:30am) Use various equipment and your own body weight as tools to make you strong, to replace fat with lean muscle tissue to boost metabolism and keep your joints moving smoothly… all thru resistance.

TAI CHI:   (Tuesday 10:00am-11:00am)    An “internal” martial art for all ages to develop internal energy and balance.
