BALANCE & CORE:  This class combines a standing core/balance set with a floor Pilates-like routine.  Great, also, for posture and strength!

PYRAMID HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING:   Currently all the rage, this technique employs 10/20/30 seconds of high intensity exercise intervals with 10 seconds of active rest between each interval. Intermediate level for the strongest among us. Floor work.
