CHAIR CARDIO:  Get your heart rate up and burn some calories all while seated to reduce the stress on leg joints.  Come join the fun!

 CHAIR STRENGTH & BALANCE:  Beginner level class designed with resistance and balance exercises, all done using a chair.  Core work too!

 CHAIR YOGA: This gentle form of Yoga is practiced using a chair.  Learn Yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation methods.

CIRCUIT CLUB:  Learn a new 30 minute routine using the strength circuit machines combined with interval cardio bursts.  Fun and challenging!

CORE CENTRAL:  This moderate level class includes a sequence of “pilates-like core exercises combined with a challenging set of balance movements.  Some floor work.

EYE OPENER:  Jump start  your day with this fun workout that includes cardio, weights and mat work.
