ALL DANCE:    Come increase your heart rate & have fun in this lively class featuring good music and a variety of dances.

BALANCE & CORE:    Moderate  intensity class including Pilates-type core work on mat, and a standing balance routine!

CHAIR CARDIO:  Get your heart rate up and burn some calories all while seated to reduce the stress on leg joints.  Come join the fun!

CHAIR STRENGTH & BALANCE:  Beginner level class designed with resistance and balance exercises all done using a chair.  Some standing.

CHAIR STRENGTH & CARDIO:  Beginner level class designed with strength & cardio exercises all done using a chair.

CHAIR YOGA:  Build fluid, strong joints while strengthening and stretching all over.  Gently ease stiffness all while seated.  Brief meditation.

CIRCUIT CLUB:  Learn a new 30 minute routine using the circuit strength machines combined with cardio interval bursts.  Fun!

EYE OPENER:  Jump start your day with this fun workout that includes cardio, weigts and mat work.

GIVE ME STRENGTH:  Ready to take it up a notch? Get stronger. Boost metabolism. Superset intervals, floor work. Moderate  intensity.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:  Get the benefits of personalized training at a substantially reduced cost.  Get out of your comfort zone!

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING:  This technique employs 10/20/30 seconds of High Intensity intervals with active rest.  Floor work.

MEDITATION & BREATHING:  Get your “Chill On” for the weekend in this calming class led by our Summer Intern!  Come try it out!

RESISTANCE MIX:  Use weights and a resistance band to strengthen your muscles and boost metabolism.

STEP IT UP:  Come have fun while you burn calories in this aerobic step cardio class.  Includes muscle strengthening and balance work too!

SUMMER SHAPE UP:  Combines weightlifting, body sculpting, cardio and core moves to build and keep that summer beach body.

SUNSET YOGA:  Mindfulness, observing breath & body are all part of Hatha Yoga.  Strengthen, Stretch, relax all over!  Meditation.

TAI CHI: An “internal” art for all ages to develop internal energy and balance.  All levels are welcome, regardless of previous experience.
