EMPOWER FITNESS SUMMER CLASSES

NON-MEMBERS ARE WELCOME!
ALL STRETCH: This “feel-good” class will include stretching exercises for all parts of the body. Some floor work.
Saturday 10:00am-10:30am (Joan Malchow) Members = FREE Non-Members = $32
BACK & FRONT: Strengthen and stretch those important muscles of the back & chest to help stabilize the truck. Floor.
Friday 9:00am-9:30am, No class 7/3 (Joan Brame) Members = FREE Non-Members = $24
BALLROOM DANCE SOLO: You don’t need a partner in this class, where you’ll increase heart rate as we dance salsa, swing, tango and more!
Wednesday 2:30-3:00pm (Joan Brame) Members = FREE Non-Members = $32
CHAIR CARDIO: Get your heart rate up and burn some calories all while seated to reduce the stress on leg joints. Come join the fun!

CHAIR STRENGTH & BALANCE: Beginner level class designed with resistance and balance exercises, all done using a chair. Core work too!

CHAIR YOGA: Want fluid and strong joints while toning “trouble spots?” Gently ease stiffness all while seated. Short, peaceful meditation. NO CLASS JUNE 29, 2015

CIRCUIT CLUB: Learn a new 30 minute routine using the strength circuit machines combined with interval cardio bursts. Fun!

CORE CENTRAL: This moderate level class includes “pilates-like core exercises with a challenging set of balance movements. Some floor work.

EYE OPENER: Jump start your day with this fun workout that includes cardio, weights and mat work.

GENTLE STRETCHING: This class will gently stretch your muscles making you feel stretched and relaxed.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: Get the benefits of personalized attention at a substantially reduced cost. Get out of your comfort zone with this full body conditioning program designed at beginner to intermediate level. Class size is limited. (Heather Walker)

SUNSET YOGA: Yoga asanas work to strengthen, tone, build balance and increase flexibility. Leave feeling at peace after a brief meditation.

TAI CHI: An “internal” martial art for all ages to develop internal energy and balance.
