In Group Personal Training, the class size is limited so you can get the benefits of personalized attention from a Trainer/Instructor at a substantially reduced cost. You can push out of your comfort zone with this full body conditioning program, designed at beginner to intermediate level. Group Personal Training classes are 45 minutes long and continue in six-week sessions; you are able to do group personal training either once or twice per week. The class contain all elements of a full body workout: cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility. The Trainer/Instructor takes special care in instructing proper form and modifications, when needed.
Members (once per week) for six class session = $48 (single class = $9)
Non-Members (once per week) = $60 (single class = $11)
Members (twice per week) for six class session = $87 (single class = $9)
Non-Members (twice per week) = $108 (single class = $11)
