FEE: $5.00 members $10.00 non-members "Love Your Hips" Come join Dr. Paula Czapla, PT, DPT, physical therapist and yoga instructor for a therapeutic vinyasa yoga class and lecture that will help you open and strengthen your hips. Learn techniques to keep your hips strong and flexible for years of mobility. Bring a bottle of water, towel, questions, comments and curiousity as we sweat , learn, laugh and love our hips. Open to all levels. Vinyasa is linking the body and movement with breath. We will be moving a lot during the class but self-paced breaks are welcomed. Dr. Paula Czapla received her clinical doctoral in Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University and is the owner of Paula Czapla Physical Therapy, an in-your-home physical therapy practice that specializes in the functional and integrated health and wellness of infants through adults. Dr. Czapla is also a yoga instructor and focuses on a mind-body connection as well as neurological and manual treatment strategies coupled with traditional strengthening to help her patients regain their highest level of mobility.
